Notice of Annual General Meeting

Per Section 2.0 of the Bylaws of the Society of Vintage Characters this is notice of the Annual General Meeting.
The 2026 AGM will start at 1:30 PM
Immediately following the AGM there will be a General Meeting including presentations by members of the Board of Directors and an open forum to allow members to discuss areas of interest with the Board of Directors. We are also planning a presentation on the various components and operations of the website.
Note: You must be an active member to attend the AGM and in order to vote at the AGM you must have paid your 2026 Membership Fees no later than January 30th.
Prior to the AGM we will provide additional information and materials including minutes from the 2025 AGM on the website under the 2026 AGM tab.
Registration is not required. All current members are welcome.
Following the meetings there will be an opportunity tp play pool, card and board games with time for socializing and meeting your fellow members. We will be offering sandwiches and beverages during the social event.
