Notice of Annual General Meeting

The 2025 AGM will start at 1PM
Immediately following the AGM there will be a General Meeting including presentations by members of the Board of Directors.
Note: You must be an active member to attend the AGM and in order to vote at the AGM you must have paid your 2025 Membership Fees no later than January 24th.
Additional information and materials including minutes from the 2024 AGM can be found on the website under the 2025 AGM tab.
Registration is not required however it is much appreciated so that we can ensure we are able to accommodate all attending.
Following the meetings there will be an opportunity tp play pool, card and board games with time for socializing and meeting your fellow members. We will be offering sandwiches and beverages during the social event.
